About Maybe's Babies

After bringing home my first Havanese I was hooked! I love many different breeds, but for me the Havanese combines the best of all of them. Sweet, affectionate, intelligent and loyal, the Havanese is everything one would like in a companion. For those of us who include our dogs in every aspect of our home life, the fact that they do not shed nor are they big barkers are two additional reasons why the Havanese breed is so popular.

When my first Havanese, Maybe, passed away, I was distraught. I adored her. I began looking for another Havanese. After an exhaustive search I found one-year-old Max. He flew to me from Washington and it was love at first sight. He has become the perfect, playful, obedient little buddy. Since then, two more little puppies have joined the pack, Bodi and Max’s little sister Mayce. 

Raising a puppy requires a great deal of patience, tenderness, love and consistency. I am looking for serious dog owners who understand the work and responsibility associated with raising a puppy. As the breeder, I am looking for the new dog owner who will have plenty of time to spend with their dog, can provide a safe environment for their dog, and be able to afford the ongoing expense of regular grooming, veterinarian visits and quality food.

The Havanese are extremely affectionate and want to be with you. They are cuddly and calm but do not like to be left alone for extended periods of time. They blend beautifully with other dogs and never meet a person they don’t want to smooch! Properly trained they become the perfect little pet.
